Has anyone tried this for pain relief? I saw it in Holland and Barret yesterday, I thought cannabis was illegal. But my oh has had stomach pain for years and no cause for it has ever been found. wonder if its worth a try. He's getting on in years and few years without pain would be good.

Here is one gram of pure CBD isolate for the same price as Holland and barret would sell you 1.5ML

This product could then be mixed with foods, drinks, vaporised, smoked or taken solo.
spath I do like the smells of most herbal substances and the CBD oil I have got reeks. I am not the only person I know who has said this and about different brands.....
I personally quite like the smell. It is sweet and floral.

Maybe the brand you have got / tried uses more oil than CBD? That can distort the smell and make it more sickly

Creams are also available for psoriasis and eczema and scar marks etc.. My friend has rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis and this helps with both conditions. Cream for the skin, and he vapes the CBD for the anti inflammatory effects in his joints.
sweet and floral? hell no!
Woof, all CBD oils and creams will smell differently. Don't tarnish them all simply because the one you smelt made you feel a certain way.

We're talking about potential life saving medicine or ailment curing creams and your attitude towards the smell may put people off buying it before even giving it ago.
spath I am not attempting to tarnish anything. Apart from my own experience of what I have purchased, and the experiences of people who I know now who have bought various products for themselves and for their dogs, I know someone well who knows a LOT about all kinds of cannabis products, and when I was working in the NHS, I knew about a cannabis production group who supplied products to people with MS. Unpleasant smell/taste is a known issue. I'd be really cross if I had purchased a product and paid a bit for it only to find that I couldn't stand to take it or that my dog wouldn't tolerate it. if you have read my posts, you will notice that I have said that the people I know who have used it have had very positive results....but if people are asking for information, they should be given ALL the information and not just the good bits.
Just like coconut oil you can buy pure and unrefined coconut oil. This is the same for CBD. You can buy full extract (better for you) or you can buy the chemical on its own. (the isolate i provided earlier). The full extract is from the whole plant, so it will be floral and oily. The isolate is the chemical on its own and is smell and tasteless.

Is varies from product and method. to say CBD smells is wrong. It is the hemp plant that smells as CBD as a isolate (single chemical) is scent and tasteless.

Try different products such as an isolate then mix it with your own foods or creams. It will then not posses a smell at all.

I did not say that all CBD smells, I said that the product that I purchased smells rank, that it is a known issue with CBD and cannabis products and that I know that many other CBD users and people who got it for their pets have said the same thing.
Well.. if you wish for the CBD benefits but can;t stand the smell then a good way around that is an isolate. Pure CBD.

Thanks for all your replies, the video of the dog is impressive spath. Since the smell and taste seem to be an issue I wonder if it can't be had in tablet form. Also the price seems high, but worth it if it works. But I won't be going to H&B.
CBD oil is great for pain relief, but when it comes to dosing it there is no one-size fits all option and you can expect some trial and error until you hit the right dosage. It is important that your OH first determines their initial dosage based on their weight, monitors how their body reacted to that amount of CBD oil, then increases the dose gradually while continuing to monitor their body’s reactions till your OH finds the perfect dosage that works for their pain level.
Biccylova i'm glad you enjoyed the video! I urge you to watch others out there.. Many video of people with Parkinson and CBD stops their tremors in minutes sometimes seconds!

Yes it is available in tablet form.. Even suppositories (can be good for epilepsy)

.. Again a brand i recommend (for their experience and knowledge and trials in america) is CBDistillary

Trusted website also i've used it myself a couple of times.. Always text you when they're about to deliver the products, who the driver is and an exact hour slot.. Is goood
I've been using it for pain relief, not for stomach pain, but for foot pain (Plantar Fasciitis). Once I found the right dose, I immediately started to feel better. It has improved my quality of life significantly. I've been using both oil and foot cream from Hemp2Wellness https://hemp2wellness.co.uk/
Before you take it, would you have to consult with your doctor if you were on prescribed medication for high BP?
