Must be internet explorer as Baldric says. I neve rget that message when I use anothe rbrowser- I only get it on the few occasions I am unfortunate enough to use a machine with IE as the default browser.
It may be worth installing another browser- Chrome or Firefox. It's a quick and simple task to obtain them
