Two women and two children, one of the children still strapped to the mothers back frogmarched out to the edge of town and shot 22 times.

Cameroon government initially said it was fake but after investigative journalism have arrested 7 soldiers but tellingly still have not admitted anything yet.

"Or probably not retrocop- does everything have to descend into a tedious rehash of how much you hate immigrants? "

re 19.28 or probably do..about 1995 ish a rwandan or angolan, i cant remember which but some african "soldier" johhny wanted for murder, genocide etc was found alive and well claiming benefits in lewisham...
You're not even slightly sorry for destabilising this thread Retrocop, you're known for your personal attacks on people and I won't let it stand and will reply to this on a thread I'll establish on CB so as not to derail Cassa's thread any further. This is disgraceful.
apologies to you Cassa, I'll remove myself from further debate on this thread with him and deal with him elsewhere.
It is unutterably sad and inhuman, of course despite these soldiers being named and noises made about them being dealt with, I doubt we can hold out much hope of that.

The horrendous things happen every day and unfortunately some of the perpetrators are welcomed with open arms into our country as 'refugees'.

The sad truth is that right now, Africa really is the dark continent. Every country is an example of how not to run a country.
Corruption on a massive scale at the top that permeates the whole of their societies.
Endemic ingrained tribalism.
Beyond help in my opinion.
What is worse is the fact that millions of them are dreaming of getting to Europe, and some of them do, to the detriment of us all.
Surely the attitude should be that none are beyond help, at least not in the longer term. Individuals might be unfixable by society in their lifetime, but nations can and do change over generations: some more rapidly than others. The more open minded a nation becomes the more it changes course with new ideas.
the only reason why it is shocking is that it was done on camera....
Croatia massacres - thousands
Rwanda - Hutu it was hundreds of thousand
Jews and Gypsies - millions
by and large not filmed

Uncle joe Stalin - one death is a gtragedy - one million deaths is a statistic
He should know - 29 m Russians died 1939-45
hi grimmie - sozza - didnt see you had done Rwanda

what about hundreds - Catholic priests South America ( see the power and the glory Graham Greene)

some people have reflex reactions and we wind them up
Carrington (Lord) the hopeless foreign secretary who 'lost' the Falklands ( luckily baldric et al found them again) said of Mugabe
" You put in sixpence and out comes ..."
( I think he meant the usual lardy-dah)
