I've just enjoyed a sandwich of Hazlet, Tzatziki and Rocket on a sesame seeded french stick. What's everyone elses favourite sandwich?

Also, my misses never puts any butter in her sandwich, but i consider this to be an insult, as I believe every corner of the bread should be covered.

Toasted bread with tuna mayo made with salad cream and sliced really good cheddar. With nice butter melting over every inch of bread. MMmmmmm !
Old Cheddar cheese smothered with raspberry jam between two Jacob's Cream Crackers which are not available to me in this part of Ontario, Canada. Ah well! The cheese and raspberry jam goes nicely with wholewheat bread, too.
Ciabatta with hummus instead of butter, a good tomato and basil sauce, black olives, rocket salad, cucumber, tomato, sliced grilled halloumi and feta.

I made it the other day and was quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever eaten!
I never use butter either, I use mayo, mustard, salad dressing or olive oil depending on the filling. My current favourite sandwich is actually from Subway, i know it's terrible and a fast food chain but I love the Italian BMT on herby bread, toasted with cheese, salad leaves, tomato, black olives and honey mustard dressing. It's divine!
Me and my hubby don't use butter either.

My favourite is fresh white farmhouse loaf, thick sliced, with really mature cheddar and thick firm juicy tomatoes and salt and pepper. Mmmm.

My hubby has to have butter on even when it is a sandwich with egg mayo or tuna mayo.

Subway melt is delicious, but my absolute favourite is ham & cheese (mature if possible) with salad cream over the grated cheese or grated mature cheese with tomato sauce in a white bread bun (don't go urgh) try it and come back to me it is the best!!!!
White bread spread thick with butter with a slice of gammon some sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simple but divine!
Tandoori chicken, humous, avocado, lettud and tomato on a seeded bread, or white poppy seed roll.

enjoying the answers - I do like the mature cheese and tomato (with Salt and pepper) - used to do that sandwich a lot with brie instead of cheddar.

I do think Humous is a good filling as well, but, with lashings of it on-board, is it healthier than butter?
