No. You are not physically disabled and unable to walk more than 50 meters which is normally the qualifying criteria.
Not so, Bagpuss. You automatically get one if you are registered blind, for example, and you may qualify if you can't use your arms but have full use of your legs; or you can't walk very far because of lung or heart problems.
and you can get one if you are terminally ill even if the illness does not affect your ability to walk.
