The sound from mine doesn't seem as crisp as it might be.
Is it my old ears or my new radio that's at fault?

Is it possible to adjust the tone on your radio? More bass, less bass, something like that?

I think this is a fairly basic model, a pd2 portable dab/fm radio.
Then it must be your 'old ears'! Welcome to the club, sandyRoe! You are now one of us! I often feel, as you do, that the sound from my digital radio isn't as crisp as it might be. I am resigned to it, and I have stopped cursing the thing.
Is there any difference in the quality of the sound between the same station being listened to on DAB and then on FM?

Flonska, I haven't tried the FM yet.
Sing us a bit and we'll let you know how it sounds to us.
