hey all ,
i am currently on a weight loss/fitness drive and have been swimming thur/2day and am thinking of going tomor morning?
do you think my body needs a break to actively lose weight and tone or is daily ok?

I think it is OK too.
I swim every day. Go for it! You can do it at your own pace and it's the best exercise ever!!

Swimming every day is fine - with gym exercises etc it's probably wise to have a day off every now & then - but nothing wrong at all with swimming on a daily basis.
Three out of three isn't bad!
Oops! Four out of four.
And talking of Meatloaf..... he could do with some daily swimming also. (or was that 2 out of 3). Forgive me, I'm rambling.
