Aww that's really lovely. I wish my Sophie who's been missing since 2006 would come home too, but she'd be 20 now. Often think of her.

I do marvel and sadly she wasn't microchipped, to my eternal regret. I tried very hard to find her after she vanished, but all to no avail. This lady is so lucky to get her beloved pet back.

What a lovely story and today its International Cat Day :o)

Since Tigger and Blue passed away I haven't been able to bring myself to get down to Battersea Dogs and Cats home. I'd want to take them all!

If and when I do I've been thinking about getting a tracker collar.

A few years ago I had a stray in my garden, very friendly cat which was around for quite a while. Eventually contacted the Cat Protection League who came and took him away and scanned him. Success - he was on the register. Owner was in hospital, but when her son told his mother her beloved cat had been found she made a remarkable recovery and they were reunited. Was always happy to play a wee part in this.

What a happy ending! Would love to know where Boo has been. Perhaps she got into a car and ended up miles away from home. Adopted a family maybe. She looks a lovely cat too. So pleased for owner.
