Does anyone know of any good groups that i could join where i could talk with other parents about adult children who suffer with their mental health?
I've searched Google but most are really complicated and you don't get to talk with anyone one on one..
I'm finding it hard to get help for parents.
Any advice would be very grateful x

Have you tried MIND, the mental health charity; they did help us to a small degree.
Get past the first page (donations) and there is some info.
Wish you well.

Thankyou for your reply
Many places have groups where the carers of adult children with mental health problems can get together. Maybe the local CAB could help you

Thankyou Margaret
It may be worth asking at your GP surgery. They may know of something local. Good luck.

Yes i will jake, thanks ever so much
Services will differ city to city, town to town. Perhaps your local library would be worth a visit as the info they hold is likely to be very local to where you stay. They will probably also have info on national services.
