I met them up on the Isle of Arran, 1969 (?). They were playing a gig in the village hall at Lamlash, corrugated-iron roof and (mostly) walls. I was already a fan and bought them a pint and got autographs, now lost. They were very pleasant and polite, especially with my hailing from Bradford - one of the Davis bros. had got married at Bfd. Reg. Office. Memories......
