I ordered a hot brush online and it came today. However the brushy bit is massive - far too big. There was no invoice in the box so I'll be bringing it back to Superdrug.

I copied the card payment from online account onto a plain bit of paper. Will that be suffice for Superdrug. thanks

When you ordered online they would have sent you a confirmation Email. This will have shown what you bought and the payment, take a copy of that.

oh thanks Ubasses. Will do.
You will have got an email with an order number on it.

That's all you need to take it back.
You can either return your items to your local store or send back to us using the Free Post Label. Your Free Post Label can be found in your Order History under My Account when you log in. At the bottom of each of your orders is a link, "Download your free returns label here". You can then print this out and use to return your order/item(s) to us.
Return to store (UK & Republic of Ireland only)

Returning all or part of your order to store is easy; all you need to do is bring the following;
• A print out of your Returns Summary (you can find this in the Order History section of "My Account", or click on the link in your order dispatch email)
• The payment card used to place the order (if payment was made with PayPal then bring the payment card attached to the PayPal account)
