On the above mobile phone, there are two places where photos taken are shown - they are 'Gallery ' and 'Photos'

In photos , some of the pictures have the wrong time associated with them , when they were taken

Any ideas what's causing this and a solution ?

'Photos' uploads your images to the web, so the time stamp probably shows when they were uploaded, rather than when they were taken.
