Little Princesses

Just had my hair cut (love it) and the lovely hairdresser said because I'd had about 18 inches taken off it I could donate it to Little Princesses who make wigs for little girls (and boys) who are suffering hair loss through cancer treatment so he pony tailed it for them :)
I feel quite bad it had never occurred to me when I was thinking of getting it cut to donate it, so bravo lovely Roberto for asking me, but looking they are a really lovely charity and I think I'll keep them as one of the charities I support a lot, as I hadn't heard of them particularly.

Who are your unsung charities and how did you get involved with them, as this was pure chance?

It's very much a plus when people consider hiring you.
