And now the judge has said they have 7days to give the information they didn’t give back in May. He has attached a penal notice to it as well.

That might put a rocket up their backsides. Yippee.

I wonder how they are going to cover up the fact they lied under oath in May as well?

well done for going the whole hog

one ex tenant I attended her initial bankruptcy hearing and opposed the petition on the grounds she had not made a full declaration ( undeclared income from erm helping out at er a NHS fertility clinic - two thousand a pop )

It doesn’t cost me much and doesn’t take up a lot of time so I can afford to be patient lol
