I usually do from a selection of the following, mostly from my own sauce/spice. Tandoori Chicken Jerk chicken (cubed) Cubed chicken in my BBQ rub. spiced chicken with peppers and garlic slices (from Makkah Food Stores) plain chicken with peppers Kofte kebab (from Makkah Food Stores) Lamb done a sort of greek style on a skewer BBq Ribs (in my BBQ sauce) BBQ ribs...

No one has mentioned bbqed desserts. I like pineapple slices that have been marinaded in rum and peaches. Served with coconut ice cream.
