Good evening sqad

It went well - no problems found

The consultant joked that the arteries were in good condition for an 'old ' man ( I'm in my late fifties)

He was a bit surprised though that I had been referred for this scan
( I'm being investigated for long standing
hypertension )

Well there you go Bazile, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
Glad it went well;-)
He did ask if I had any chest pains

I might have told the professor who referred me that I have had a bit of ache some time in the past ,which is probably why he referred me , or it could be he wanted to exclude any blockages being the source of the hypertension

I am now a bit concerned though that I had this procedure which uses more x-rays than your average x-ray for other investigations; if it was not really needed

Naaah! forget radiation exposure..........
Ok - lol
At least I know the arteries are in good shape
Take the reassurance from it Baz.
