I have a website and I have asked some of my friends (many of them) to write articles for me, so I have something to put on my website.
I'm just wondering if there are any prohibitions or rules about the process.

1. Is it okay to have someone (ordinary persons) to write article for my website, I will just pay them?

2. Can anyone be an article writer for someone, even if they are just an ordinary person, or is being a writer needs to have some licenses or permit to secure in order to do so?

3. Can I put their names (on my website) under each article that belongs to them, or no need, since I already paid them?

4. How much is the usual pay per page?

5. Can I make a deal with them (like a written agreement) that they should write on their own wordings and should not "copy contents" from anywhere? If so, how do I say so, how to make a written agreement, what do I need to say there, the wordings?

6. Is the written agreement can be made between me and them, no need for any legal persons consent or notaries, or whatsoever?

1- yes
2-yes
3- yes, but check whether they want their name on
4- pay whatever you think they will accept and what you can afford
5 or 6- I'm not sure
5 I think you need to do that, particularly if you are asking them to copyright their articles. If they are plagiarising from other people's work, that's criminal.

1- Yes. You can avail of writing services from everyone as long as they know how to make one. I always get my articles from https://www.textun.com/ because of the quality.
2. No need for the licenses. As long as a person can make wonderful, engaging write ups according to your niche, passes copyscape/anti plagiarizing software you are good to go.
3. Depends on you. It is not really necessary since you already paid them. Paying them means you can have their articles as your own and you can do whatever you like in the article.
4. Yes. Non disclosure agreement helps. You should clear out number of words and the keywords to use.

5. Yes. No need for legal person, just a signature of both parties will do.
Sorry, didn't noticed question number 4. The payment depends on the number of words, can be as cheap as $4 and can be as expensive as $20 depending on experience and the quality.
