What is the appropriate word to describe someone that tells other kids not to play with a particular kid.
Have problem with son at school being isolated because another naughty kid telling other kids not to play with my son. Been to parent evening last term and teacher says he is very quiet and don't interact with other kids. Now I understand why.
How do you deal with this sort of problems?

Thanks Tilly2, I will make a complaint to the school for them to sort this bullying issue.

Old Geezer, I suspect these are only young kid and will listen (hence comply). But all other parents has concern with this naughty kid.
I think the word your looking for is ‘manipulative’. Possibly.
or the kid at the centre of the bullying could also be called the Instigator
