IMO...the only worthwhile testing/reviews on most things is done by Which?, who actually buy items and do independant comparative testing. All other "reviews" are simply subjective opinions.
reevoo is a good one ... "which" you have to pay for. you cannot review any on line free

Yes, derek....I have a Which? subscription and would be unimpressed if non-subscribers had access to the same information that I have.
My point was simply that online "reviews" by customers are subjective and not nearly as useful as a Which? report that is the result of actual scientific testing and includes reliability data .
True but they won't have tested thousands; and many subjective opinions can give a good indication of your own likely opinion. Good to have access to both though.

(Although when I used to subscribe many decades ago I found Which'd review things that month I'd no intention of buying then, and something I wanted info on was reviewed years ago and might well be out of date.)
Your local library may have copies of Which? that you can read.

Otherwise, Google aggregates reviews across a number of websites. See

No need for a subscription. 'Which' is available free at all public libraries. They let you make photocopies (for personal use only)and they have backdated issues for several years.
