I have noticed recently a move that has caused me some concern and it involves the death of ABers.
Some obituaries have been chosen as "stickers" and others have not.
Either ALL ABer deaths are used as "stickers" or none at all.

Thank you.

hmmm... fair point Danny
Murray is right, ideally the person who posted the thread would get in touch with us to ask us to make it sticky. Yes, all threads about members passing should be sticky but we need help from the members and moderators to make sure none are unfairly missed.

ABeditor...........that suits and settles my concern.
we are all equal in death
and I doubt if many will complain - er of the deceased I mean

we are doing a bit of Hardy over the last few days
( jude the obscure etc - dun because we are too menn etc)

so think of Michael Henchard's death in the Mayor Casterbridge

No one shall mourn .. no one to come to a funeral ....

blimey Hardy doesnt exactly make your ribs ache does he?

P.P....why didn't i think of that ^^^^^
dont like Hardy
try
Luke 9:60 King James Version (KJV)
60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead:

by which i mean it is all the same to the dead -
ask not for whom the bell tolls.....
If I popped my clogs I doubt that anyone here would know. Unless I posted about it.
The ABSpareEds reply is the best solution.

Deaths should not automatically hog the lead for several days. If an ex-ABer merits it, then members can ask for the post of their obitary to be promoted to the top.
