Our local library has increased the price of printing from 10p a sheet to 20p a sheet - cannot believe they have made a 100% increase. I know I could use my own printer but for some things I find it easier to use the library computer and print off stuff there. Might not be visiting so often now though. I have sent an email to Norfolk County Council but had no reply.

Local libraries need all the contributions they can get. Local councils see shutting public libraries as an easy way to save money, so you may be facing a choice here - pay a bit more now, or lose your library altogether in a year or two.
Just email it to yourself and save the money, I think that increase is a bit excessive
