Yarvik Tab07-150 Tablet - Help Required

A friend has given me a Yarvik TAB07-150 Tablet. I have got the e mail function and the internet working but the CAMERA seems only able to take "selfies". I cannot find anything in the manual about camera operation, and it looks like the firm has gone bust, because their website no longer exists. Is there a way to take "normal" photographs?

That tablet has a single 0.3 Megapixel webcam/selfie camera. There is no other camera. (And no, that's not a typo - it really is only zero point three!)
