Hi there this is a bit of a shot in the dark but does anyone know the name of the band which supported Placebo at the Velodrome in Arcachon on Tuesday 18th July? I think her name was something like Amelie Simmonds but I have typed every spelling I can think of into Google and come up with nothing. Can anyone help?

Well, When Placebo played in Newcastle, White Rose Movement supported them. I don't know if they toured with them or not?

I hope this is who you're thinking of...but White Rose Movement doesn't sound much like Amelie Simmonds.

Sorry!!
Try 'Emilie Simon'
Hi !! I live in Arcachon in France and I saw the PLACEBO's concert in this town on tuesday, 18 july 2006 (it was so fabulous...) and in the first part of the concert, it was Emilie Simon, a french singer who made the original soundtrack of the movie "La marche de l'empereur" which is so good too...
