I've got a Samsung Galaxy Android and have been trying to upload photos from it to my computer using a usb cable but nothing's happening, can anyone help with this please?

Does your computer have bluetooth? That's what I use to transfer photo's. But I don't have your model of phone, so I'm assuming Android can handle bluetooth transfers to and from any device.
