at times in the past, she has given off the air of coming from what the Americans call 'trailer trash'. Her recent behaviour confirms it.

Yep, ABC were 100 percent right - and it's a shame for all those in the supporting cast and crews, though I am sure (hope) there will be other openings for them.

I used watch and enjoy the programme until it became known that she wasn't playing a character she'd created, like Alf Garnet, but just pretty much had cameras in her home.
