This was most unseemly. The denigration of the sports women, the larking around with Mrs Lithuania. Not funny. Most uncool. Not funny - lacking propriety. Such antics from one of her age. Unseemly. Agree other postings.

I like her, she's bright and intelligent but I have to agree she sometimes does go too far.

Well she has certainly got coverage here,on a few threads, lots of ranting across the media and I see Piers Morgan was almost apoplectic.

She may have sabotaged it herself on purpose, just last week she said she was amazed to have been invited to host again and that it terrified her.

Hope for someone you like next year.

Sue Perkins does come in for a lot of flack, but to be fair the only thing that I think she's been good at was GBBO, shame it had to end for her and Mel. I haven't watched my recording of the BAFTA's yet, but from what I've read will probably be cringeing throughout!

My only highlight of the Baftas was when Peaky Blinders finally won an award. About flaming time! Oh and Blue Planet II.
