Only just seen the trick with the torn card, and the knife throwing.

We’ve been chatting with friends about it at lunch today, and none of us can work out how it was done.

Does anyone have any ideas?

The link given by wolf is not the knife throwing trick with the torn card but the Rubik cube one! Can't help further I am afraid!
