I'd have thought you could get a bluetooth dongle for it, worst case.

You can follow this path: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices to see if there is a Bluetooth on your laptop.

And if you want to connect a Bluetooth to laptop, you should make sure the Bluetooth function is turn on.
