I remember being shocked in the 70s when radio Luxembourg dare to advertise Tampax on their radio station.
Now it appears that every other advert on TV is advertising women sanitary products of one type or the other, even giving demonstrations of their effectiveness
Oh how things have changed, I imagine some women find these adverts a little uncomfortable at times.

oops, that should have been Tampax obviously.
I'd be surprised if any women find them uncomfortable viewing these days. Rather have them any day than the constant banging on about cancer.
or tupac amaro...

yeah in the office in the eighties we had a fella act out a tampax advert - bodily gyrations whilst "at that time" I recall - and we all looked on in horrified fascination as to what he would do next
LOL ^^^

Well I'm pleased to hear that, I know some women can be a little sensitive about such things. It's good that these issues are out in the open more. Attitudes have changed.
Knickers, brassieres, tampax, stress incontinence, a sexy woman in every advert..........bring it on BUT....watch out as our AB women may deem you a pervert.

I would like to be on the Chase:
My name is sqad, i am 84 years old and am a pervert from Menorca.
You'd be better of on mastermind, sqad.
Chosen subject....... satin underwear.
;-)

I think men of a certain age find the ads more awkward than younger women do. My dad gets all antsy when anything female body-related crops up, whereas younger people of both sexes are used to it.
i dont feel uncomfy when they show advert of men shaving ...
Yes bednobs but most adverts show men shaving their faces.........;-)
I don't think tampon ads should be any more uncomfortable than loo paper ads, for anyone.
I'm glad it's more out in the open. I remember boys at school laughing hysterically if they saw a pad or tampon in a girl's bag. It's just normal, guys!
