Have a simple system in place: Switch your phone OFF at 9am and only switch it on during lunch, then switch it OFF again until the end of the school day. Keep this system in place every day. Your parents are "***" and your school is "stressful".

Has it occurred to you, Gryffindor, that there's something you rather than somebody else might do to get you from a C to a B? Or even better?
Try leaving you phone switched off for a start. Concentrate on your lessons. Anything your not sure of ask your teacher. Simple!
I understand that most of today's teachers are explaining to the impressionable young that all the difficulties they suffer from, or will encounter, are the result of some exterior influence.

That's as maybe. I dare say that typhoons, earthquakes and hurricanes when they strike are hard and sometimes impossible to deal with. But they're not malign: they're often not preventable, but they can be anticipated and prepared for. Collective problem. That's down to to us, isn't it? The name of that game is getting together and using our intelligence?

Now, personal problems: poor grades, parents p****d off.

Stop whinging and work harder?
Your parents want the best for you. Your school wants the best for you. You have to do your bit as well.

Do you want the best for you? What do you need to do?
Adopt a more mature attitude..if school grades are important to you then switch off your phone and work harder...if you work on homework in your bedroom then remove all distractions...I read the entire works of an author I liked when revising for exams....I failed 7 out of the 10 I took. Give your mother your phone to look after between 5 and 8 on a week night, remove the tv from your room (should your parent/s have been daft enough to give you one) It is not rocket science but at the end of the day you will get results that reflect your effort and no one elses.
I assume you are from the USA? Here in the UK no school will allow pupils to have a phone switched on during school time. In fact many of them do not allow you to have a phone with you while you are at school . If a pupil takes a phone to school they must leave it turned off and in the school office until they leave. As said get rid of the phone or turn it off!
You get out of any situation in life what you put into it. If you don't graft hard you simply won't achieve good grades. S'up to you really.
To put all that in a nutshell, turn your phone off. Stop whinging and get on with your studies. You have nobody to blame but yourself if you don't get the grades you want.
Some things are easier once you are doing them than they seemed in anticipation. Earmark time to go over your notes and really understand/know them. Doesn't have to be a 16 hour a day thing, anything worthwhile is worth making the effort for, just set a reasonable hour or two aside, dropping whatever time wasting thing you presently amuse yourself with, and form a new beneficial practice/habit that'll help you all your life.
Have a simple system in place:
Switch your phone OFF at 9am and only switch it on during lunch, then switch it OFF again until the end of the school day.

High school IS stressful, but it's survivable and only lasts for a couple of years. You don't HAVE to get straight As, doing your best is key.
Those years seem like FOREVER but compare them to an average lifetime?
Developing some self discipline will see you through but no one is perfect.
Good luck.
