Can anyone tell me how to get out of a game if I can't find the last word? there doesn't seem to be any instructions anywhere - thanks for any information

I don't think you can, the only way forward is to cheat :)
What I do is leave the game overnight and very often when I go back to it, the word I'm stuck on jumps out and I wonder why I didn't see it before!
If that fails, I google a scrabble cheat site, put in the letters, and up pop any number of answers. As far as I'm aware, there's no other way of moving forward.
