if you click on the return item .. then instructions will follow..usually a print off label is produced...sometimes it's pre paid... if it has come from Amazon itself ..rather than a shop within you can take it to a collection point for uplift free... money is usually back in 21 days

Amazon has one of the easiest returns systems and I've had refunds within hours!

had a look at their returns policy, not so easy, first my printer isn't working to print off labels
and its an item of jewellery.

spoke with nice Amazon person who gave me the address of the returns department so soon as i can will post it back to them, for a refund, as i said it for a considerable sum so that should come back into my account within 5-7 working days.
