Ford Washing Machines

I remember as a kid having a Ford washing machine, Ford as in the car company, it even had the blue Ford oval badge. A mate of mine says I'm talking rubbish and that Ford never made washing machines.

I don't suppose anybody can point me in the direction of a website can they?

It was probably an old ford Anglia in disguise, they had about the same power output as a washing machine so you might be forgiven for your confusion.

Sorry I don't know about a Ford washing machine, but in the 80's I owned a Honda hairdrier, so maybe car manufacturers do branch out occasionally..............
