Hi, so my neighbours cat has been limping on his from left leg for 2-3 years now, and looks like has not had and vet visits to see if he can be helped, it is very worrying and i do not know what to do it looks as if he has broken it, as he is not my cat i feel as though it is not my place to take him to the vets, he also lives on my neighbours balcony and looks as if he lives outside. this is very worrying because it is cold i don't want him to get ill or hurt, i just need some advice.

Thanks.

what type of cat is it ?
Are you saying he has lived only a balcony with a gammy leg for 2-3 years? My advice would be if you can't speak to your neighbour and the situation bothers you then ring an animal charity anonymously. Try and check your facts though as there could be quite an innocent explanation.
instead of trying to read the cat's mind (how does a cat look when they have had a vets visit?) just speak to your neighbour
