Hi foodie ABers out there. Can someone please put me out of my misery and solve my problem - I just can't make light and fluffy yorkies - no matter how many different recipes I use, no matter how smoking hot I get the baking tin, my yorkies always come out flat and clutchy .... I have made so many flat and lifeless YPs, that I feel like giving up .... just don't get it .... hope someone can point me in the right direction, please ... cheers, Chox.

Yorkies are pee easy to make....you listening chokkie lol (they are ummmm xx)
Aunt Bessie's all the way, no fuss, no faff, can't go wrong.
I like you, Chokkie, have never mastered the art.

I now buy the frozen uncooked ones which you cook for about twenty minutes, not the ready made ones which you cook for four minutes.
Personally I've never seen the point of Yorkies so I don't even bother. Who needs an extra lump of carbs with a roast lunch?
Me.
A Yorkshire pudding can hardly be described as a lump of carbs!

I don’t often have them but do enjoy them when I do.

Hey guys, many thanks for all your advice and recipe links - much appreciated. Will definitely be trying again with some of those recipes you've recommended. I'll give myself a few more goes and if no joy, will give up and buy Aunt bessie's .... Cheers muchly, Chox.
