App Dock Moved On Ipad

The app dock (I think it’s what it is called) has moved to middle of screen! I don’t know how it moved or how I get it back to bottom. Please can someone help?

Try holding the sleep button till the 'slide to power off'notice appears. Then swipe it to close down completely, wait a couple of mins then turn it back on. That usually works for me.
