"Lady Judge has a long and distinguished career in banking and law.

The widowed mum-of-one championed women in business – regularly speaking at lunches and events.

She became the IOD’s first female chair in 2015."

Oh deary me, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear ...

If the allegations are correct, then that woman is, yes.
Rather a sweeping statement, Sunny D.

At the point where someone squeaks "Entrapment" when they have undeniably done/said something indefensible, I suspect the game is well and truly up.

In the hurly-burly of AB News, we all know that soundbites generate clicks, Zacs ...
I see it was actually a question. Very cunning.
It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

This would not be an isolated case if true though. And it's not only women, seems to me it is power that does it.
You are surely not suggesting that sisters are screwing it for themselves ?
Very good, OG.
you can't judge one woman alone, we are not our worst own enemies by and large, we equate to over half the worlds population, and surely there must be women there with more integrity and sense.
The search is on !
;-)
Yep, there's Theresa May and Diane Abbot for a start!
forget Diane Abbot for a start, she is not worth the ticket.
She's just telling the truth. 3 useless people messing up a job that 1 competent person could do. Can't do anything about it because of the ridiculous employment laws that protect certain people, not others.
If someone cannot explain that a person isn't doing their job without having to reference the colour of their skin or the fact they are pregnant then they have lost whatever skills they once had in managing people.

I base the above on the allegations made of course.

I did not hear her words nor do I know the usefulness or otherwise of those employed.
If a man did that, having spent his career promoting other men in business, it would be reprehensible, but would you conclude from a single such example that "men are their own worst enemy"?

Why should any one person be expected to represent their entire sex?
PS regarding entrapment, she seems to be claiming she wasn't given the opportunity to reply to the allegations. If that's true, it would be a serious denial of natural justice. It's the way of the twitterstorm, where any allegation can be taken as true without being tested.
