I watched an episode of Frasier this morning .

Frasier comes into the flat where Marty is seated in his chair , watching the TV .
He wants to discuss the affair that his mother had .

He plugs out the television from the socket so he can have Marty's full attention .
When they have finished , Frasier walks off .
Marty then turns the TV back on from the remote control .

Errrm - Helooo !! the TV is still plugged out from the socket .

I can't remember any really notable ones like that. I do remember a drama series where we see from the back a character leave her house through her front door. When we see her from the other side of the door her hair is a different style.
....presumably "dis-continuity" is what you're after?
Last week on Bargain Hunt. Forget her name but she was buying an Arts /Crafts clock from this antique shop. In the space of a few minutes the fingers on the clock went from twenty past four to five to four. Then in the next shot back to twenty past then back again .This kept happening during all the time they were discussing the clock. I was dizzy .

A few years ago they were filming at our workplace and following a particular employee .
This guy was asian and always wore brightly and different coloured turbans .

They filmed him on one day going out of a room wearing one colour and emmerging into another area wearing a different colour turban .

They had filmed the scene on 2 different days - and he had changed his turban from the previous day
