Make & model of phone? (We'll probably need that to point you to the correct download).

Version of Windows? (it might make a difference, although the problem is particularly common with Windows 7).

Thanks
I'm going around in circles trying to find the driver you need. The Motorola website says to go to Broadcom website (because they actually make the Bluetooth hardware in your phone) but that says that they no longer make drivers available on their own website, and to consult the site of the phone manufacturer!

Grrrr!

Try this:
Click Start
Select Control Panel
Click Device Manager
Click Network Adapters
Click on the 'Bluetooth' reference
Click on Update Driver
(If there's more than one Bluetooth reference, update the driver for both)
Once the update has been completed, restart your computer and see if you've got Bluetooth back again.
