Yet another vacuous speech by Mrs May trying to be all things to all people.
No detail, vague assertions, still no solution to the Irish border question, further erosion of the devolution settlement etc, etc.
It would be hilarious if it were not so serious.

..and finally everybody but Tora begins to realise that we can't actually do this successfully. I have a lot of money riding on us not leaving the EU and I'm getting happier and happier about that by the day.

That sounds like a fool's wager, the UK is leaving the EU, the question is now only on what terms.

You mean like "for the many not the few"

Hi Dannyk13, exactly like that and "deep and special partnership"
"strong and stable leadership" etc, etc.
Perhaps the "few" who have had their benefits withdrawn or reduced would agree with you on the Tory mantra.
14.33 kvalidir, have to agree with you, your money is safe.
What Rich means Danny is that you don't have to buy into the Wee Burney promise of plenty for the few , funded by the many. What we need is a full English Brexit. Perhaps the fear is that the "benefits" shovelled north may dry up when we have time to address imbalance in the UK once we don't have to watch the German, French, Spanish, Italian etc etc greedy consumers.
What have Togo and May got in common, answer they are both in fantasty land.

The health secretary(of all people) has now gone to fantasy land and
reckons frictionless trade after brexit is possible because "Mrs May has said so"
Haha poor gullible. Did you know that rich is a Scottish Nationalist? I am sure he is happy with your hi-brow input and support. Good bed fellows methinks. One wants independence but is happy with EUSSR rule. The other wants EUSSR rule and is happy to accept Watson, in the pay of an avowed fascist and lout. You are welcome to each other.

Personal abuse is always the resort of one who has either lost the argument or has no answers. "Little England" will no doubt be glad of their support.
..and laugh about it after the next referendum :/
