Blocking Private Numbers

Is there some way I can block Private or Withheld Numbers on my Moto G5.
I can block numbers that show up.

go to make a call and in the keypad there should be three dots in a vertical line, tap on this, then select settings, then block numbers, in there you should see something like "block unknown numbers" and switch that on

Looked at that but can only block seen numbers,nothing about "block unknown numbers".My phone is just G5, not G5 Plus,maybe on the latter it does show up.
