Vinyl Fabric To Make Hair Bows?

I can see people are running businesses on Facebook and the like selling homemade hair bows, and the ones I think look the best are made out of vinyl.

Where on earth are they getting sheets of vinyl material cheaply? Especially such a range e.g. floral, animal prints, Disney, etc.

I would love to make some for my daughter! I have tracked down cheap glitter vinyl on eBay, but no luck with plain colours or patterns.

Maybe it isn’t vinyl? Ahhh, please help!

The one in your link was made from an off cut of Home Decor vinyl from an American company.

Struggling to find anything Disney other than cotton.

What about ribbon? You could back with Vilene or other stiffener.
