You are assuming - once again with no evidence whatsoever, that one or more Moderators must be moderating on a thread on which they are posting, which I can tell you from personal experience is not the case at all.

On many occasions I have seen a post on a thread to which I have not contributed, and taken rule-breaking posts out.

On the basis that you have no knowledge of which Moderator, or if it is a member of the Editorial Team, is on any thread at any time, or is taking part of not, you seem to think you have an extraordinary insight as to the moderation process.

I suggest that you do not, at all.
