so far so good, sat in the shop for ages getting it sorted, unfortunately after getting home it doesn't appear to have copied my photo's from the old phone to the new, anyone know why, or how i copy them across.

i have downloaded the photo's onto the laptop from the old phone so not all is lost. I am not a technophobe just not up with all this modern gadgetry

Samsung offer an app called Smart Switch that copies everything from one phone to another. You can install it from the Google play store. You install in on both phones. Put the phones next to each other and start the app on both phones. It is very easy to use and it copies all apps, data, contacts, photos etc. from one phone to the other.

new phone is a Samsung Galaxy J3, if that makes any difference. Old Phone is a Samsung Galaxy trend.

Forgot to add, as only the new phone has a sim in it you copy the data over wi fi. So make sure wi fi is turned on on both phones and you are connected to wi fi before you start.
