Low disk space
You are running out of space on RECOVERY (D:).

My laptop crashed totally giving me errors Stopcode and inaccessible boot device. Trying a restore to a point a few days ago did not work and it would not open safe mode. Reluctabtly I was told to do a reset as I hope everything is backed up. It's taken about 10 hours and has restarted and reloaded windows. Now though I am getting the above pop up and when I click on it I get the blue restart screen this time with error 'bad pool caller' Any advice very much appreciated. This laptop is an HP about 8 months old

Hmm sounds serious. You say that the laptop is only 8 months old, so I presume that you are running w10. You say that you have run some checks with no joy. If so. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke a Run command. Type mdsched.exe in the run box and press Enter. It may be worth a read through this first....
