Not in rooms but you can request 1 from reception. I always find it easier to take a travel ketle with me or get a very cheap kettle while you are there as it is usually cheaper than hiring one from the hotel and ask for a couple of cups from the dining room which most hotels don't seem to mind. Then just leave it there when you depart.
