Add "follow" Button Within Text On Wordpress Blog?

I want to add a follow button immediately after the grey text (which is an image).

Adding to a footer widget places it right at the bottom of the page, so that's no good.

How can I create a follow button and place it within a text field?

The blog I need help with is helloquirkybuy.wordpress.com.
