Is it still the case that any vehicle used for smuggling can be confiscated? In other words, will the aircraft be confiscated?

The major airlines would be stumped if a 747 was conficated when a passenger attempted to smuggle.

Any form of transportation if suspected can have a full search, if a plane the internal Fittings, A car, full strip down, a Floating Vessel, a thorough search, mind you that could be Questioned / dismissed on here.
