In relation to Bernie's 'Derry Girls' post, i have to say that the cleverst show on tv at the moment just has to be 'Inside Number 9', written by the two geniuses, Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith, who also star. From the very first episode, 'Sardines', in series one right up to this week's offering, 'Once Removed', each 30 minute episode has been a joy to watch. Some have been farcical, some downright funny, some scary and some quite poignant. And not once have i seen the twist coming at the end, though it has nearly always been in plain sight.

I only found this recently, Ken.....and love it. It is, as you say, very clever and I enjoyed Once Removed......not quite so much last week's offering until the end....... but the one in the hotel corridor was brilliant....x
Agree this series is consistently inventive and always enjoyable. Particularly liked the one from this series about the reunion of the two comics, and the one in the previous series about the uni professor and cryptic crosswords - fiendish!
I wasn't too keen on the two comics, GG....until the end and I realised how good it was.....
I did like the removal one...just my cup of tea..... ;-)
Love it too! So clever. Need to catch up as missed a couple.
Agree with all of the above, two very talented and different writers ...
the trailer reminds of the League of Gentlemen, so i haven't watched it because i can't stand that
