Revenge A Dish Best Served ???

On a very busy afternoon is it really the time to park in one of the few disabled spots at The supermarket - and then when challenged to have the arrogance to say ‘I can afford the fine’ probably knowing full well that he won’t get caught
Now I have a photo of the car so how can I make life just that little bit more difficult for him? Perfectly legally of course

Saw a video on YouTube about this. Think it was USA but was still funny! Showed photos of different cars parked in disabled bays. The best two that come to mind were where someone had very carefully drawn round the car in thick white chalk and then chalked A@#ehole parking in front of it! The other was someone had got loads of trolleys and linked them up right round the car! Also one where four cars had parked right round the miscreant! Excellent and legal. Pretty sure our local Asda charge drivers if they don’t display a disabled pass.

Just out of interest why bird seed and is a tin of beans over the windscreen illegal?

Think what the birds will be doing whilst they're eating the seed, Ric. What goes in must come out and makes quite a mess of the car.
